We value our time as much as agents and homeowners do. To ensure fairness for all parties, please review the following:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 12+ hours in advance will receive a full refund, including all add-ons.
- Late Cancellation: A $55 fee applies to cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment.
- Last-Minute Rescheduling: A $25 fee applies if rescheduling occurs within 1 hour of the scheduled appointment.
- No-Show / Inaccessible Property: If the photographer cannot access the home at the scheduled time, it is treated as a late cancellation.
- Home Not Ready: If the home is not photo-ready, we will shoot as-is. If you’d prefer to reschedule for later, a rescheduling fee will apply.
- Weather Policy: In cases of extreme weather, we may choose to reschedule or cancel without fees. Cloudy skies or light rain do not qualify.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be returned to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.
After the Shoot
- No Refunds After Service Is Performed: Once photography or media work is completed, no refunds will be issued.
- Any concerns about quality or output will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds will only be considered if Next Listing Management agrees that the final product does not meet our quality standards and all reasonable opportunities to correct the issue have been attempted (including editing or reshoots, if applicable).
- This includes any fees paid for reshoots.
Abuse Policy
- All cancellation and reschedule fees apply per occurrence.
- Repeat cancellations or rescheduling may result in refusal of future bookings.
- We reserve the right to refuse work at any time, especially in cases involving difficult behavior or disrespect toward our team.
